F10 APARTMENT Ulm LEVEL4 is a bright and relaxing maisonette apartment for up to 4 adults (no children allowed in this apartment) on the 4th upper floor of a residential & commercial building in the very city center of Ulm just about 200m from Ulm Minster Cathedral (Ulmer Münster). It offers a living room, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom is on the inner upper floor and has no separating door to the living room; see stairs inside the apartment going up to that bedroom), a bathroom (incl. WC), a fully-equipped kitchen and a beautiful view to the Minster. From here you can also get to know the idyllic and culturally very rich surroundings of Ulm in all its facets, just make a stopover on your journey or start trips in the area (e.g. to Legoland Günzburg, Roggenburg Monastery, Vöhlin castle in Illertissen, … ).

If you choose our early-check-in option for 10 Euros during the reservation process, you can make a check-in starting 15:00 o’clock (3:00PM) guaranteed, but often even several hours earlier than that, depending on the check-out of previous guests and the time we need for the necessary cleaning.
Our self-check-out is also very comfortable: Just close the door behind you until 11:00 o’clock (11AM). If you’d like to leave later you can choose our late-check-out option during the reservation process for 10 Euros, so that you can stay one additional hour until 12 o’clock (12 AM).
• Recommended: Just 50m from our building you can find a underground car park (called “Parkhaus Neue Mitte” and also “Parkhaus am Rathaus”) which has a 24 hour daily fee of max. 15 Euro and a cheap night rate of just 3 euros (valid from 19:00/7PM in the evening until 09:00/9AM in the morning). • 400m from our building there is another underground car park (approx. 15 Euro per day, next to the Müller drugstore)
• 800m from our building you can maybe find free parking spots along our street (Frauenstraße) next to the “Pressehaus”
• Free from 20:00/8PM in the evening until 8:00/8AM in the morning: There are official parking spots of the city next to and behind our building. But becareful: You need to buy tickets at city automats every hour for 2 EUR per hour during the daytimes.
