F10 APARTMENT Roth LIGHT offers an all-marble tiled & underfloor heated spacious floor for up to 6 persons (+ 2 infants) in the 2nd upper floor of a light-flooded villa. It offers two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. You have a beautiful view of the nearby fields/forests and above the village Roth. It is centrally located between the main cities in the area: In about 10-15 minutes you reach Ulm, Neu-Ulm, Günzburg, Senden, Weißenhorn, Vöhringen, Roggenburg and Illertissen. From here you can get to know the idyllic and culturally very rich surroundings in all its facets, just make a stopover on your journey or start trips in the area (e.g. to Ulm Münster Cathedral, Legoland Günzburg, Roggenburg Monastery, Vöhlin castle in Illertissen, … ).
We offer a self-check-in without human contact: Starting 16:00 o’clock (4PM) you can enter with a pin code. If you choose our early-check-in option for 10 Euros during the reservation process, you can make a check-in starting 15:00 o’clock (3:00PM) guaranteed, but often even some hours earlier than that, depending on the check-out of previous guests and the time we need for the necessary cleaning.
Our self-check-out is also very comfortable: Just close the doors behind you until 11:00 o’clock (11AM). If you’d like to leave later you can choose our late-check-out option during the reservation process for 10 Euro, so that you can stay one additional hour until 12 o’clock (12 AM).
We offer you free parking lots for your cars on our property. Even for up to two longer vehicles.
