Your apartment is in the highest floor of our villa. Here are some further infos, a map & tips for your stay:

We offer you one free parking lot for one car on our property: The far right one infront of the garage, but please don’t drive up to the garage. Please also don’t park on the pavement.
In case you should need a second parking lot: For a fee of 5€ per night you can have a second parking lot. Please inform us for the payment, if you arrived with a second car and didn’t inform us upfront.
Disclaimer: We accept no liability for your cars.
We kindly ask you to leave shoes here at the entrance of the villa, because this way we can keep the building cleaner for our guests.
We have some slippers for you here at the entrance, if you don’t want to walk barefoot on the marble floors.
After turning on the televisions you will sometimes need to wait approximately for 1-2 minutes until some of the installed apps and menus can be started (like Netflix and Amazon Video). Many Apps work almost instantaneously (for example Youtube), but sadly some do not.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience!
Our self-check-out is very comfortable: Just put the key back in the key box until 11:00 o’clock (11AM). If you’d like to leave later you can choose our late-check-out option for 10€ (please call us), so that you can stay until 12 o’clock (12 AM).
• In the northeast direction you can find a nice german restaurant “Adler” about 250m from our building (near the church of Roth). Next to german dishes you can also order for example pizza & pasta from them and they are going to deliver it to our villa (they are only closed on mondays):

• By car within 2 minutes you can reach the city Pfaffenhofen an der Roth in the south with several restaurants & takeaways (Lucania, Marios Pizza, BigKebap, …), several backeries (Stetter, Brenner,…), super markets and drugstores (Lidl, Rewe, Rossmann, Penny, …), shops (fashion, …), 2 gas stations (Aral, B3/TAM), banks (Sparkasse, VR-Bank), an ice cream parlor, an irish pub, …
• If you prefer an high class german restaurant: Please google for the “Anno” restaurant in the city of Weißenhorn (10 minutes by car in the south)
• In the city of Ulm (15-20 minutes by car to the northwest) you can find great restaurants & bars like Arslan Kebap, Barfüßer, Bella Vista, Die Bar, …
